Dear Readers,

This “journal” was created mostly for weird and humorous stuff I found around the net and not so much for the normal “personal reflection” kind of material one might normally associate with a journal.  I focus my meaningful, thoughtful outdoor-related writing and photography to my outdoor blog, “Going Places Quietly” and my more spur-of-the-moment posts end up on my Tumblr.  So if either of those topics is of interest to you I ask you to check them out whenever you feel the inclination subscribe to the feeds associated with them.
